Privacy Policy

BlackClipp provides online booking pages for barbers, stylists and makeup artists ("professionals"). This policy explains what we collect when you use blackclipp.com, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details from Google or Apple sign-in: your name, email address and profile picture. We never see or store your Google or Apple password.
• Booking details you give us: the service, date and time, the name on the booking, an optional phone number, notes for the professional, and how you plan to pay.
• Technical data: a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in, plus basic request logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting provider for security.

We don't collect card or bank details. Payments made through Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal or Apple Cash happen in those apps, under their own privacy policies.

How we use it

• To create and manage your bookings, and show them to you under Appointments.
• To share your booking with the professional you booked, so they can serve you and contact you if needed.
• To keep the service secure and working.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• The professional whose page you book on. They see your name, booking details, phone number (if you gave it) and notes.
• Service providers that run the site for us: hosting (Vercel), database (Neon) and sign-in (Google, Apple). They process data only to provide their service to us.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and booking history while your account is active, so you and the professional can see past appointments. You can ask us to delete your account and bookings at any time.

Your choices

• You can cancel upcoming appointments yourself from the Appointments page.
• You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by emailing us.
• You can remove BlackClipp's access to your Google account at any time from your Google account settings.

Children

BlackClipp isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. A parent or guardian can book on a child's behalf.
